Accommodations with Negotiated Rates
La Concha (Crowne Plaza)
430 Duval Street, Key West
(305) 296 2991

Located on Duval Street, close to the wedding and reception venue (Audubon House), La Concha is the tallest building in Key West and offers panoramic views from the top floor bar and observation deck.

La Concha can be a little noisy, so either ask for a room facing away from Duval Street or perhaps consider the Double Tree if you are a light sleeper.

With clean, well appointed rooms, the hotel has on-site paid parking - $20 per day - as well as a restaurant and bar on location.

We have negotiated a rate of $149/night + taxes if booked by October 18th.

Please reference Avello / Ivey wedding.

Doubletree Grand Key Resort
3990 South Roosevelt Boulevard, Key West
(305) 293 1818

Located near the airport, the Doubletree offers a quieter locale with more of resort feel away from busy Duval Street.

We have negotiated a rate of $139/night + taxes if booked by October 18th.  Rate includes breakfast and free shuttle to and from downtown Key West.

Please reference Avello / Ivey wedding.

Other Options
Westin Key West Resort & Marina
245 Front St, Key West
(305) 294 4000

If you want to be able to see Key West's famous sunsets and get a view of the water, yet still be close to the weekend's events, then the Westin may be more to your liking.

Rates start at around $260/night + taxes, and we have no negotiated special rate.

Banyan Resort
323 Whithead St, Key West
(305) 296 7786

Located one block away from Duval Street and still close to everything, the Banyan Resort offers condo-like living including a kitchen and full-sized fridge.  The grounds have their own pool as well.

May be more suitable with those who have families or need a little more space.

Rates run around $240/night + taxes, and we have no negotiated special rate.

Bed & Breakfasts

Key West has a number of Bed & Breakfasts with a variety of room types and locations.  The link above will take you to a website where you can do your own search for options.

The majority of the buildings are from the early 20th century and have plenty of unique character all their own.

Duval Street is about one mile long, and finding a location within one or two blocks will allow you to walk to all the major activities and locations.
